NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Guys from the South are proving to be the biggest momma’s boys around.

Or so it seems according to a Mother’s Day (May 9) poll by the popular coupon website CouponCodes4U.com, which surveyed dudes aged 25 and older about their mommies.

Turns out guys in Alabama, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Georgia talk to their moms the most on a regular basis, proving southern boys are tied to Mom’s apron strings.

In fact, 42 percent of fellas from Alabama love their moms so much, they can’t go a single day without chatting with her by phone or online.

Even that may be too much distance for some southern boys – 16 percent of men in Alabama, Louisiana, and Tennessee still live at home with their mothers.

However, on the totally opposite end of the momma’s boy spectrum, only 4 percent of guys in New York call their moms regularly.
